Had quiet morning. Took trip to Y.M.C.A. Canteen in afternoon for 7th Battery. Called on Q.M.S. Mclaren Lowland Battery and had chat.

2 Guns on McCay's Ridge handed over by 9th.Battery to 8th.Battery.  8th.Battery guns and positions handed over to 6th.Battery.  6th.Battery handed over 2 Guns to each 8th.and 9th.Batteries.

0815 Men seen moving about Machine Gun Emplacement on GABA TEPE TRENCHES.

0855 Gun from Right of GUN RIDGE firing towards 7th.Bty.

1330 Gun from OLIVE GROVE firing towards BEACH unable to observe position.

1420 Gun from the LEFT SEC. OLIVE GROVE firing towards BEACH.

1615 Gun from SQ.68-W-1 blew in parapet of F.C.O. Observation Station.
